The Hands Store

Hands is a six-story department store where you can spend many happy hours browsing everything from DIY craft supplies to the latest in crazy gift items.

This is the kind of crazy stuff you can find at the Tokyu Hands store…

    1. I would be delighted to write something for the Azalean Journal! As you may have noticed by how many azalea-centric blog posts I’ve made, I’m a huge fan, and it would be such a pleasure to connect with other azalea lovers.

What would your readers be most interested in seeing/reading about? I have visited and taken photos at peak season at all the best gardens and shrines within two hours of Tokyo. Would they be interested in a piece about where to find them? Or perhaps they’d just like to marvel along with me at the insane levels of cultivation that result in such spectacular all-over displays (although I can’t pretend I know how they do it!)

Here are a few pieces I’ve written on azaleas in Japan:

Let me know what you’d most like to receive, what length, and when you’d like to have it. I’d be delighted to send you something that your readers might enjoy.

Thanks for reaching out—I love to discover that other people love the same things I love!
