The Octopus Treatment…For Your Face

VacuLiftRoller

If you’re a little short on live octopus tentacles the next time you need a beauty treatment, Tokyu Hands will happily sell you this pink plastic Vacu & Lift Roller. I’m not sure what lasting beautification this device is supposed to deliver, but if I ever see someone walking down the streets of Shibuya looking like they just face-wrestled a cephalopod, I’m going to ask them.

If you’d like to visit a Tokyu Hands store and all my favorite stuff to do in Shibuya visit my other blog, The Tokyo Guide I Wish I’d Had.

The Samurai’s Octopus…is a truly remarkable book, one that surprised and charmed me at every turn of the page. You’re in for a treat.”

    1. I love Tokyu Hands too! Sometimes I just take the elevator to the top floor and walk down through all the departments, just looking at all the wacky stuff they sell. It changes all the time!
