Godzilla In Legoland
The Grand Imperial Empire Of Lego obviously isn’t only in Japan, but an especially awesome part of it is! Welcome to Tokyo Legoland, where Godzilla is king, and Pokemons rule!

If you’d like to go to Tokyo Legoland the next time you’re in Tokyo, a map is on my website The Tokyo Guide I Wish I’d Had.
Open: Tokyo Legoland is open 7 days a week.
Hours: Weekdays 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Weekends & holidays 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Admission: ¥2300 per person, under 2 free (but if you book online, you can get as much as ¥800 off the price) Note: Adults have to be accompanied by a child to be admitted, and you can’t talk them out of it, even in Japanese. (I know, because believe me, I tried!)

Writing mystery books set in Tokyo is mostly what I do, but I also blog about the odd stuff I see every day in Japan. I'm a graduate of Stanford University and the Sendagaya Japanese Institute in Tokyo, and a member of the International Thriller Writers, the Mystery Writers of America, and Sisters In Crime. When I'm not in Tokyo, I live in San Francisco. I also host a travel site called The Tokyo Guide I Wish I'd Had, so if you're headed to Japan and want to check out the places I take my friends when they're in town, take a look!
Any idea where I can rent a kid? I can’t believe I’ve survived this long without seeing Hachiko crossing so peaceful and Sumo wrestlers so skinny!
Rent-a-kid! Hmmm, I see a new entrepreneurial opportunity here! As you can see, we had to press my friend’s 6-month-old into buying us booze, I mean getting us in.^^;;
You can find anything in Japan so we can certainly rent one ^^ I want to go too.
Time for us to start trolling our FB feeds and making nice comments on all those baby pictures we usually ignore! Legoland was so much fun, I want to go again!
My japanese friends don’t even have babies. maybe you could start a business renting out your friends’ offsprings.
