Doggy Dumplings

These are carved turnips, stuffed with minced veggies, then steamed.

As a child I had a hard time even biting the ears off chocolate bunnies at Easter, but I had an instant urge to make these little doggy dumplings. They’re from a dog magazine called Wan, which is Japanese for bow-wow.

These are little nikuman steamed dumplings, stuffed with a chicken mixture

These are just steamed bread. You have to let them rise on a little cardboard cutout that they give you instructions how to make.
