Edible Bubble Wrap

Tonight I had Okinawan umibudō and I think I’m in love. “Sea grapes” are little stalks of bubbly seaweed dipped in soy-vinegar sauce, served with smoky shaved bonito and a little mayonnaise. They crunch in a super-satisfying way, like popping those sheets of bubble wrap. I admit, I ate way more than my share.

  1. Seagrapes (Umibudo) as a special seaweed, it is very high nutrition. It’s very good for health, used as salad and also can combine with sushi. Seagrapes also used as natural comestic, very good for skin.
